- Grind quarter cup cashew, 1 onion, 1 inch ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, 3-5 chillies, 1.5 cup coriander.
- Add the ground paste into the marinating bowl. Use 0.5 cup water to clean off mixer and add to bowl.
- Add 1 tsp garam masala, 0.5 tsp dhania, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice in the bowl. Mix well.
- Marinate for an hour or two. Worst case marinate for at least 5-10 minutes
- Separate paneer. Keep the marinating liquid aside. Fry paneer. You can start step 8 while frying paneer.
- Take oil in pan. Add 4 elaichi, 1 black elaichi, 6 cloves, 10-15 whole pepper. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the marinating liquid to pan. Let it cook well. Then add fried paneer. Heat on simmer for 10 minutes.
