- Pour soy milk into the saucepan and add corn starch. stir well to dissolve completely.
- Heat the saucepan over medium heat. Add peanut butter and keep stirring for 5 to 10 minutes until it thickens like a pudding.
- Scoop it into the small cups and make it chill in the refrigerator for 2 hour at least.
- For the sauce, combine all of the sauce ingredients in the microwaveable cup. Put it into the microwave, high for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir very well. Let it cool.
- Serve tofu with the sauce. In my pic, I put 2 edamame beans on top with the sauce.
