- Make the chili heat the vegetable oil in a medium sauce pan over medium high heat add a yellow onion cut her until softened about five minutes add the tomato paste chili powder cumin oregano brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce cook stirring until the onion is coated about 2 minutes

Heat the vegetable oil over medium high heat add the burgers and cook until browned 2-3 min per side for med. topping each one with a slice of cheese in the last 2 mins of cooking
- Spread the mustard on the bottom or top (orig. bottom) place burgers on the bun and top with chili, onions, and slaw (or on the side, per. Pref.)
